Youth Activism Center represents traditional music in Kotor, Montenegro

The Kosovo Team delegated by the Youth Activation Center is participating in the BalsiKa program, which is being held in Kotor, Montenegro, which is funded by the “Erasmus +” program and is being implemented by the French organization “Association Balade”, where we are partner organization for the fifth time in a row.

BalsiKa is a well-known international music festival, formed by a combination of Balkan and Alsatian music culture.

During the 12-day program to be held from 26 June 2017 to 7 July 2017, 38 young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Germany, Croatia, Montenegro, Ukraine and Kosovo will participate. Where young Kosovars during the 12 days will teach other young people traditional Albanian music as well as learn about traditional foreign music.

Diar Ramadani, Blend Qerimi, Lyra Hoxha, Elsa Hyseni and Doran Zuka are the young people who are representing Kosovo and are declared to be happy to be selected in this activity and to represent Kosovo in the best way in the arena international.

The Youth Activation Center is the 5th time that is part of the BalsiKa program held in states such as Francs, Bosnia and Montenegro. The organization from its founding has sent nearly 100 young Kosovars to activities outside of Kosovo, thus enabling them from training and to various activities like BalsiKa.
