Youth Activism Center (YAC) is partner of Austrian organization “Mladiinfo Ausrtia” in the project “Training for trainers” which will be held on 16-24 April 2018 in the capital city of Austria, in Vienna.
The partners countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal, Romania and Spain.

Kosovo will be represented by YAC who will have one representative. Due to luck of time, YAC is looking for a participant who have valid Schengen visa or foreign passport.
In total 28 participants from 9 countries will participate in the project, especially from Austria, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
By this training, participants will explore basic trainer skills, attitudes, knowledge, values and
competencies, develop communication skills: speaking, listening, verbal and non-verbal, and exploring questions and questioning, understand groups, how to interact with them, how they work and the relationship between the group and trainer in a variety of settings, create an opportunity to practice and build on existing trainer competencies through peer assessment, etc.
The training will include simulations and interactive exercises, workshops, presentations, discussions and group work.
The training will be conducted in English and translation will not be provided. Therefore, the participants are expected to have a good level of English, both written and spoken.

All costs are covered. Accommodation and food are covered during the program. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to 275 euro after the exchange by bank account. The reimbursement will be up to 2 months after the TC and participants have to save all tickets and invoices of travelling. Participants also have to pay their travel heath insurance.
Participation fee for the training course is 50 euro, which will given to Youth Activism Center after selecting.
